Use | Used as a pharmaceutical intermediate |
Production method | It is obtained by the reaction of 2-thiophene acetic acid and thionyl chloride. 2-thiophene acetic acid and thiophene chloride are added into a glass-lined reaction pot, heated in a water bath at 40-50 ℃ for 4h, the reaction solution is distilled under reduced pressure, the remaining thiophene chloride sulfoxide and low boiling matter are removed, and the fraction at 160 ℃(0.67kPa) is collected to obtain 2-thiophene acetyl chloride. |
